Packard straight eight. Nice but one of the heaviest car engines that have been made after WWII. I was thinking about getting headers to my Packard but that setup didn't come to my mind.
But why does it have exhaust brakes? I guess it might be some weird noise controlling device. Flat heads usually have quite mild noises even without mufflers.
